Onduline - An Introduction

Onduline is an extremely tough lightweight corrugated roofing and wall-cladding material manufactured from bitumen-saturated organic fibres under intense pressure and heat.

Onduline is guarantedd waterproof for at least 15 years. It is flexible, economical and virtually indestructible. It requires only a hammer and nails for fixing. It provides a high degree of weather protection and thermal insulation - even in the most extreme climatic conditions - and comes with an insurance backed guarantee.

Originally developed in Europe over 50 years ago, Onduline is now extensively used in agricultural, light industrial and domestic applications in over 100 countries from the tropics to the arctic circle. Available in five environmentally suited colours, Onduline offers many advantages over other roofing and wall-cladding materials.

Onduline needs virtually no maintenance. It has high insulation and sound absorbency values. Onduline cannot rust or become brittle. It is rot and fungi resistant. It is colourfast and resists most chemicals and corrosion. It is impact resistant and fairly easy to handle. Finally, Onduline contains no asbestos and therefore presents no health risk either during installation or when the building is in use.
